Whether on the opera or musical theatre stage, as a concert soloist, or in multi-disciplinary, collaborative, and improvised works, she effortlessly adapts her talents to a variety of musical and theatrical genres.

Her operatic and musical theatre repertoire spans both classic and contemporary roles. Denham's portrayal of Violet in Ned Rorem’s A Childhood Miracle and Martha Sheldon in Ward's The Crucible garnered critical acclaim for her expressive range and stage presence. She has also shone in musical theatre, playing roles such as Cinderella’s Stepmother in Into the Woods and Jenny in The Threepenny Opera. More recently, she performed as the Actress in Love Games, a new musical by Joseph Turrin. Denham’s performances have been described as captivating, with her ability to navigate both dramatic and comedic roles with equal finesse.

Denham's work has earned her recognition, including the Encouragement Award from the North Carolina District Metropolitan Opera Council. She has performed extensively with esteemed companies like Indianapolis Opera, Piedmont Opera Theatre, Intimate Opera of Indianapolis, and Lyric Theatre at Illinois. Each of these opportunities has allowed her to showcase her vocal artistry and deep connection to the music.

In addition to her operatic and theatrical work, Denham’s solo concert career is equally impressive. She has performed pieces by Salvatore Martirano, including the Martirano Award Concert in 2012, where her commanding presence and vocal clarity were evident. Her work with Adam Rudolph’s Go: Organic Orchestra saw her guiding improvised singing, blending spontaneity with structured performance in a way few can. Denham's oratorio work includes performances of monumental works such as the Monteverdi Vespers, Mozart’s Vespers, Mozart’s Requiem, Handel’s Dixit Dominus, and numerous Bach cantatas—each performance a testament to her versatility and depth as a musician.
