Return from Odyssey

I am back home after having a wonderful and constructive experience at the Odyssey Writing Workshop.As much as I enjoyed Odyssey and everyone there, living in my own house (as opposed to a dorm) with my husband and cats is pretty amazing.I'm unpacked but still have piles of books and notes lying around in various states of disorganization. Now the trick is to keep on writing, utilizing all that I have learned. Today I edited a short short and did some planning on writing goals for the year.I was back in the studio teaching yesterday evening and this confirmed that yes, I do love what I do for a living.More later once my brain recovers.
