Spiderman and more cleaning

I saw Spiderman 3 today. I think it is probably the best of the three, definitely better than 2, which pushed my plausibility meter a little bit harder. It's not great art, but I enjoyed it. I'm too brain dead to come up with a detailed review, but one thing all three movies have in common (to my recolletion) that is rather silly: characters are pretty easily convinced out of something they want to do because of a pretty, idealistic speech by another character. This happens far less often in real life. After the movie, I nearly killed myself cleaning and rearranging the sun room. Stephan calls it the "plant room" because it is mostly full of plants, some of which stretch from the floor to the ceiling, and few of which have been trimmed in the past several, err, years. I moved the plants, trimmed them, cleaned behind them, put two outside that are covered with the white fuzzy yuck. I think it is called spider mites - I am pretty clueless about plants. When I was done, I had a large yard trash bag full of plant parts.Did I mention that I hate plants and I hate cleaning? Plants shouldn't have the nerve to send roots all around the floor or grow up under the valance. How dare they do their own thing in MY HOUSE! As is usually the case, I worked myself up into a righteous frenzy until the room was done to my satisfaction and the plants were under control. I uttered a few choice words on several occasions, such as when a large, top-heavy plant toppled over when I tried to move another plant near it, spilling rocks and dirt onto my just-cleaned floor.Later, I went back to admire my handiwork and, not being able to leave well enough alone, decided to switch two tables to see what it looked like. In the process, I turned over another plant and had more dirt to clean up. Did I mention that I hate dirt? The room is really underutilized, as it is the only room that gives a decent view of the back yard, with the bird feeder and garden. I'm thinking of putting in a bar facing the windows. But then, maybe I better quit while I'm ahead.
