Anticipation 2009!

It's official--I'm going to WorldCon this year--Anticipation 2009 in Montreal!I'd been looking at the website since March but had pretty much resigned myself to not being able to go. It's too expensive to buy a plane ticket for that and for TNEO, plus it's darned expensive to fly into Montreal anyway, so that would have meant flying into Burlington, VT, renting a car, and driving--also darned expensive.But it turns out that Stephan is not teaching summer session this year (not enough enrolled), so he has time to drive out to NH to meet me at the end of TNEO, then we'll do some northern New England sightseeing, and end up in Montreal for WorldCon. We've bought our memberships and reserved a hotel. Yay! I haven't been since Glasgow a few years back, and that was pretty cool.
