I was up at 5:00 this morning with a sick cat who is apparently still sick. :( Athena, my 14 year old tortoiseshell angel, is sitting on my lap purring right now but has been apparently unable to keep any food down today.She had this problem a few weeks ago and had all sorts of tests at the Vet which showed that there was no obstruction or obvious problem, and an anti-nausea injection and some pills seemed to have her feeling just fine. I am afraid another trip to the Vet is in order tomorrow morning but am hoping to get more sleep tonight.After holding her head off the side of the bed for her to puke a couple times, I was really proud of her when she got the hint and went to the edge of the bed to lean off the next time! Of course I still had to get up and clean it all up, but better on the floor than in the bed!Between that and singing three church services and one opera rehearsal today, I haven't gotten much else productive done, but tomorrow is another day!
