Can you name this animal?

While in Springfield, Missouri, Stephan and I visited Exotic Animal Paradise, a park that you drive through and see and feed various animals. The park is closing this fall because it is too expensive to keep up.One of my favorite animals was this character, which I had referred to as a "water buffalo" for lack of a better name, but it does not resemble any of the water buffaloes I found while searching on the web. Note the hump on the back which I assumed was for storing water, like a camel.The pictures are behind a cut because they are large, though I've made them a bit smaller:Here is another shot of them on the road:Does anyone have a clue what it might be? I thought they had very nice, serious faces and I liked their long ears. It was fun to feed one.We also fed zebras, ostriches, deer, etc!EDIT: Since posting this I have learned that the animal is a Zebu, a conclusion I arrived at by following some buffalo links on Wikipedia: Zebu. I am very good at procrastinating writing by looking up random interesting things on the internet. :)
