Note to self
The best time to go for a jog is probably NOT right after having four vials of blood drawn.I went to the lab this morning for some routine blood work, but I guess there are a few different tests so they took four vials.Then I ate my clif bar (no eating before the blood test) and went to the gym. Usually, my routine goes like this on the track:walk 1 lapjog 1 lapwalk 1 lapjog 2 lapswalk 1 lapjog 3 lapswalk 1 lapjog 4 lapswalk 1 laprun 1 lapwalk 1 lapThis takes about 20 minutes. Today, I had to alternate walking and jogging one lap only, which I could only keep up for 15 minutes. I know if you have a whole pint of blood drawn it may make you tired but I didn't expect having a little bit out to effect me. Oh well, now I know.
