Annoying dream

Last night I dreamed that my dentist referred me to a specialist because I needed some sort of unspecified oral surgery.I had an appointment all set up, or so I thought, but when I called the office of the specialist to confirm, the person I spoke to told me that yes, I was scheduled to come in at 10:15, but I might or might not actually get to see the doctor because he was a "very busy man." I tried to find out what my chances actually were of getting seen, tried to find out if there was another day I'd have a better chance, even said that I wasn't in pain and the surgery wasn't urgent -- couldn't I somehow work it in during the summer? But the woman on the phone was a real pain in the butt and seemed more interested in telling me how great this doctor was and how lucky I was to even have a chance at seeing him.So I went back to my original dentist's office and asked them if there was someone else they could refer me to. I left armed with the name and number of a new doctor. When I called, I was told he didn't work out of his Indianapolis office any more, but I was welcome to schedule something in his office in Mexico. At some point, mercifully, I woke up. Don't you hate those sorts of dreams? And yes, I have some idea why I dreamed it. I had some stupid mess a month or so ago when the orthopedist I was referred to could only see me in an office with an x-ray machine on one of the days of the week I had to work out of town, and I found out from my insurance that if I got an x-ray separately from the appointment, I'd have to pay for 20% of it instead of it being included in the visit copay, etc. blah blah which ended with me having to ask my doctor to refer me to someone else.
